The organization is seeking experienced and retired senior academicians to fill the roles of Director, School of Engineering; Director, School of Services; and Director, School of Academy.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Director, School of Engineering

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering branch from a reputed University/Institute.

• Experience: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification relevant experience in Technical/Vocational Education/Industry/Engineering in a management capacity.

2. Director, School of Services

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Services-related field from a reputed University/Institute.

• Experience: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification relevant experience in a management capacity in Hospitality, Services, or Business-related fields/Industry.

3. Director, School of Academy

• Qualification: Master’s degree from a reputed University/Institute in any subject.

• Experience: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification relevant experience in Pedagogy/Curriculum & Assessment in an institute of repute.

Note: Only retired Principals/Senior Faculties who were in service in Government Polytechnics are eligible to apply for these positions.

Role and Responsibilities

The selected Directors will be key members of the WSC senior management team, reporting to the WSC Principal and Deputy Principal.

• School of Engineering & Services: Directors will provide academic and professional leadership, manage day-to-day operations, spearhead strategic industry partnerships, and lead teams of trainers to prepare students for global employment.

• School of Academy: The Director will lead the WSC Academy, focusing on staff capability development, pedagogy, curriculum innovation, and implementing employability skills training for students.
