The recruitment drive aims to fill positions across four key functional areas. The grade-wise vacancy distribution is as follows:

Audit – Information System (IS): 2 vacancies at the Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Grade C level.

Risk Management – Information Security: 4 vacancies – 2 at AGM – Grade C and 2 at Manager – Grade B.

Information Technology & MIS (IT & MIS): 19 vacancies – 5 at Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Grade D, 7 at AGM – Grade C, and 7 at Manager – Grade B.

Education: B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields; OR MCA; OR Master’s degree in Cyber Security or relevant discipline.
Information Technology & MIS (DGM – Grade D, AGM – Grade C, Manager – Grade B)

DGM: 35 to 45 years; AGM: 28 to 40 years; Manager: 25 to 35 years

Education: B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields; OR MCA. Domain experience required in areas such as Finacle Core Group, Network, Data Analytics, Data Science, IT Infrastructure Management, Full Stack Development, Vendor Management, Digital Lending, Digital Solutions, Workflow Solutions, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Cloud Management, Financial Inclusion, Trade Finance, and other IT functions.
Security Officer (JAM – Grade O)

Age: Maximum 50 years (inclusive of all relaxations)

Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. The candidate must be an Ex-Commissioned Officer or an Officer from the armed forces (Army, Navy, Air Force) or paramilitary forces (CRPF, BSF, ITBP, etc.) with a minimum of 5 years of commissioned service.
2. Work Experience

Audit – IS: Minimum 7 years as an officer in BFSI/IT/Information Security consultancy, with at least 4 years in IS Audit, Cyber Security Audit, or Information Security Consultancy.

Risk Management – IS: For AGM, minimum 8 years of experience in Information Security; for Manager, minimum 3 years.

IT & MIS: Experience requirements vary by grade – Manager: minimum 3 years; AGM: minimum 7 years; DGM: minimum 12 years. The experience must be in the relevant IT domains listed above.

Security Officer: Minimum 5 years of commissioned service in the armed forces or paramilitary forces.
Important: Training, internships, apprenticeships, and contractual/third-party payroll experience will not be considered. Only full-time permanent employment is eligible.

Selection Process
The selection will be conducted in multiple stages:

Preliminary Screening: Based on the eligibility criteria (age, qualification, experience) provided in the online application.

Emoluments & Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a competitive pay package along with allowances and benefits:

Deputy General Manager (Grade D): Pay scale of ₹102300–120940. Approximate gross emoluments in metro cities: ₹1,97,000 per month.

Assistant General Manager (Grade C): Pay scale of ₹85920–105280. Approximate gross emoluments in metro cities: ₹1,64,000 per month.

Manager (Grade B): Pay scale of ₹64820–93960. Approximate gross emoluments in metro cities: ₹1,24,000 per month.

Junior Assistant Manager (Grade O) – Security Officer: Cost to Company (CTC) basis ranging between ₹6.14 lakh and ₹6.50 lakh per annum in Class A cities at the time of joining.
Additionally, employees are eligible for allowances, perquisites, and a Performance Linked Variable Pay (PLVP). Recruits will be covered under the IDBI Bank New Pension Scheme (IBLNPS).
