EMRS Mathili is hiring Guest Faculty for the following positions:
Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) – Subjects:
- PGT English (MA in English)
- PGT Mathematics (MSc in Mathematics/Applied Mathematics)
- PGT Physics (MSc in Physics/Electronics/Applied Physics)
- PGT History (MA in History)
Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) – Subjects:
- TGT Hindi, English, Odia, Mathematics, Social Science, Science
- TGT Music, Art
- PET (Male/Female)
- Librarian
Eligibility Criteria for EMRS Mathili Guest Teachers
For PGT Posts:
- Master’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English.
- Computer knowledge is mandatory.
For TGT Posts:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks in the concerned subject.
- B.Ed or equivalent degree.
- CTET Paper-II qualification (mandatory for TGT).
- Must be proficient in Hindi and English teaching.
Salary Structure – Attractive Pay Scale
- PGT Guest Teachers: ₹45,000/- per month (maximum).
- TGT Guest Teachers: ₹42,000/- per month (maximum).
- Payment will be made on a per-period basis as per NESTS & OMTES guidelines.
