Eligibility Criteria
- PGT: Postgraduate with 50% marks + B.Ed.
- TGT: Graduate with 50% marks in the concerned subject + B.Ed + CTET/STET qualification.
- Age Limit: 21–60 years (65 years for retired CBSE teachers).
- Proficiency in Hindi & English and Computer Knowledge are mandatory.
Selection Process for EMRS Guest Teacher Recruitment
The selection will be based on:
- Career Marking (60 Marks) – Academic qualifications and experience.
- Interview/Viva-Voce (20 Marks) – Communication and subject knowledge.
- Classroom Teaching (20 Marks) – Demonstration of teaching skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Teaching as per CBSE standards.
- Preparing lesson plans, assignments, and question papers.
- Conducting co-curricular activities and invigilation duties.
- Maintaining academic records and student assessments.
